It thus has much in common with Nekko Bangaku, which was also founded by survivors of the Taira family (in the former Ani Town). This bangaku has been considered part of the Shinto rituals of celebratory speech, which should bring peace, a good harvest, and health and longevity. All dances are performed with masks. Narration is added.
